MY NAME IS rafael
A Lifetime of Hands-On Experience
I’ve been fixing things since I was six years old. The first project? A bread toaster my mom had tossed in the trash. I pulled it out, took it apart, reassembled it—and got it working again. That moment sparked a lifelong passion for repair, design, and problem-solving.
Growing up, I was surrounded by creativity and craftsmanship. My father and two older brothers were architects, and their influence shaped my appreciation for art and design. Though only one of my brothers is still with us, their legacy continues to inspire me.
While my early interests leaned toward design and construction, life initially steered me into accounting, followed by a long stretch in sales. Eventually, the opportunity to start my own business came along—and I seized it. Today, I get to do what I love: help people, solve problems, and earn a living doing honest, hands-on work.
I honed many of my skills maintaining a fleet of charter yachts in South Florida, and later through building homes here in Georgia. I’ve completely remodeled one house, built two from the ground up, and tackled countless renovation projects for family and friends.
If a job comes my way that I’m not yet qualified for, I’ll be upfront about it. Then I’ll dive into research, study the task, and prepare to take it on myself—or I’ll connect you with the right professional for the job. My labor is backed by a one-year guarantee, and I don’t consider a job complete until my customer is fully satisfied.
